All our logistics partners (J&T Express and Poslaju) will be operating as usual. Do expect some delays in receiving the order(s) especially if you have placed order(s) with office delivery address.

Shipping rates starts from RM9.00 within West Malaysia and RM16 for East Malaysia. Most of international orders starts from RM130.00 via FedEx or DHL.

Delivery takes 1 – 3 working days within Malaysia and up to 7 – 21 days for international orders.

Although we ensure all our items are in good condition on delivery, damage may occur during the transit period. We sincerely apologise and hope you will continue to shop with us. Please let us know immediately if you have received a damaged item. Kindly send a photo of the damaged area of the product, write a short description, include your Order ID/Number and send it to our WhatsApp channel at +60122193225 or email us at [email protected]. We will replace your damaged item as soon as possible.
